These executives turned their ideas into successful startups in just a matter of hours. Whether you’re an executive, a student, or just someone interested in business, read on to learn how these executives achieved their goals.

The first step was pitching an idea to the group. Then there was a vote on ideas the group wanted to continue with. Five teams were formed that worked going from idea to startup. These teams looked at precisely what problem this idea solved and whether a scalable and repeatable business model could be devised. The results were presented in five final pitches.

Feedback from the group: "The journey from idea to startup had been an enlightening and inspiring experience for all involved. The most important learning is  to gather talented people around you that focus on solving an existing problem."

What can we learn from these individuals who took their ideas and ran with them? For one, it’s never too late to start something new. These executives saw an opportunity to learn how to use entrepreneurial skills in their daily lives and went for it. They were also willing to make mistakes and experiment with their ideas. Lastly, they were able to work together as a team to bring their vision to life.

Whether you’re looking to start a business or want to be more innovative daily, remember these lessons. If they can achieve the impossible in hours with entrepreneurial skills, so can you!
